I'm considering the InFocus IN1503 Mobile Short-Throw Widescreen DLP Projector and would love to hear your thoughts on a few key areas before I pull the trigger.

First off, how's the picture quality? I've read that it has a WXGA resolution and 3000 lumens, but does that really deliver a clear and vibrant image, especially in a well-lit room?

Also, sound quality is a big factor for me. Does it have decent built-in speakers, or will I need to invest in an external sound system to get that immersive experience?

I appreciate the compact design and flexibility of the 20% zoom feature, but are there any potential downsides to this projector that I should be aware of? How does it hold up in terms of reliability and maintenance?

Thanks for your insights!

If you turn off this projector and then try to fire it back up, you’re gonna see an "overheated" message pop up. It can take anywhere from 20 to 40 minutes for that to go away, so you might wanna plan accordingly!

So, this projector does the job pretty well, but I gotta say, I’m a bit let down. My old InFocus projector had 1100 lumens, and this new one is supposed to have 3000 lumens, but honestly? It doesn’t feel any brighter at all. Bummer, right? But hey, aside from that, it works just fine!
