For the price, it’s pretty good! I got it to show off art from my phone and it mostly does the job. The remote’s cool, but you can use the buttons on top too, which is handy in case you misplace it.

Setup was a breeze! The keystone and focus work, but not together perfectly – angle it one way, and the focus goes off. You gotta keep it straight for the best results, which is a bit of a bummer.

It’s not super bright, so dark rooms are a must if you want to see the picture well.

Heads up: it doesn’t come with phone cables, but that’s expected since phones have different connectors.

Pro tip: test your cables with a TV first before diving into the projector world!

No Bluetooth or wireless options, but the product description doesn’t promise it, so no complaints there.

Tried streaming Paramount+ from my phone, and it didn’t work, but the description warned about that too.

I got the ARTSEA Mini Projector to use as a TV while waiting for my real one to show up, and it's awesome! Super compact, pretty quiet, and connects easily to my Fire Stick and Roku. Setting it up is a breeze, and you can use your streaming remote just like on a regular TV. The picture is sharp, and it projects a nice size, depending on how far you are from the wall. Best part? It works great at night and is portable, so I can take it camping. I don't need it anymore, but I'm definitely keeping it for outdoor hangouts and work stuff! Just got the VISSPL Mini Projector for $50, and here are my first thoughts right out of the box. I’ll update later when I actually get to use it, but I’m waiting for my adapter to show up.

The packaging is solid, and the projector is super light. It even comes with a mini tripod, which is cool since I was gonna use my own. However, you can only plug and play if you have the right cables, which I don’t. They really should’ve included a standard USB to USB cable because now I’m stuck waiting. My bad, I guess.

The remote feels super cheap, and opening the battery compartment is a pain. They don’t include batteries either (needs 2 AAA). Plus, no carry case or bag came with it, so now I have to find something to keep it safe.

So, even though it was just $50, I’m already spending an extra $10 on a cable, and if I can’t find a bag, I’ll need to buy one too, which are at least $15. I didn’t get this for streaming, but I might use it for that while camping or traveling. I mainly want it to project images for art studies. I’ll post an update once I finally get to use it!
