VISSPL Mini Projector (Model: V16) comes with a remote (needs 2 AAA batteries, not included), a mini tripod, HDMI and AV cables, and a power adapter. It's a solid deal for basic use like showing art from your phone or videos.

Setting it up is super easy, and you can use the buttons on the projector if you lose the remote, which is a nice touch.

However, the keystone and focus don’t play nice together—if you tilt it, one works but the other goes out of focus. Also, it’s not very bright, so keep the lights low for a clearer picture.

It doesn’t come with phone cables, but that’s not a biggie since there are so many types. Just test your device with a TV first to figure out what you need.

No Bluetooth or wireless options, and I couldn’t get Paramount+ to work from my phone, but the description covers that. Didn’t test the audio or other inputs either. Overall, it’s decent for the price!

Just got the VISSPL Mini Projector for $50, and here’s my quick first take. I’ll update later once I can actually use it, but I’m waiting on my adapter.

The box is solid and the projector is super light. It even comes with a mini tripod, which was a nice surprise since I was gonna use my own. But here’s the catch: to use it right out of the box, you need the right cables. I don’t have what I need, so I’m stuck. They really should’ve thrown in a USB to USB cable – it would’ve saved me a hassle.

The remote? Total flimsy feel and opening the battery compartment is a struggle. Plus, it needs 2 AAA batteries that aren’t included.

Another bummer is there’s no carry case or bag, so I have to find something to keep it safe when I’m not using it.

So, I’m already $10 down for a cable, and if I can’t find a bag, I’ll need to shell out more for one.

I didn’t get this for streaming, but I plan to use it to project images for art studies. I’ll let you know how it performs once I finally get it set up!
