Gold Award (100,000 yen to 250,000 yen power amplifier)
The AP-505 is set as a two-channel post-amplifier, which provides 70 watts of power output for each of the two channels at 8 ohm impedance, and increases to 115 watts for 4 ohms. In bridge mode, it can provide 200 watt power output/8 ohm impedance, 250 watt power/4 ohm impedance.
Using the Dutch special Ncore expansion module, the balanced circuit design is used from the input to the output. The three output options include two-channel mode, bridge mode, and Bi-Amp mode. The power supply using toroidal transformers and Schottky diodes, large-size gold-plated speaker terminals, the front panel, upper cover, and side panels are made of aluminum alloy.
