TCL 65R646 Google TV says "Wi-Fi connection lost" when trying to exit kids’ mode and then it opens to the "networks" subsection of the main settings menu. There is no way to get to the regular settings menu to do a factory reset. I have tried rebooting our modem/router and forgetting the network, tried a hotspot, and even tried a hard wired ethernet connection with no luck. TCL is scratching their heads and said I was out of luck b/c the TV is 3 years old. Anyone know how to do a factory reset on this TCL model or another work around? Is there a way to boot from a fire stick or USB to trick the TV? I also have tried the remote option in Google Home and the only function it allows me to do is operate the volume, same when I downloaded a 3rd party universal remote. Although I haven't checked the back, I can't find a physical hard reset button.
