So, we finally snagged the VIZIO VQP75C-84 TV after a bit of a hunt for the perfect screen. We wanted something that could handle 120 Hz refresh for all the sports and gaming action, plus a nice big display, and we found it at a pretty decent price. So far, it’s been awesome and checks all the boxes!

But here’s the kicker: the home screen. We've got a little one running around (he's just 2), and every time we boot up the TV, we’re smacked in the face with ads for some super violent movies or shows that we definitely don’t want him seeing. We tried fiddling with the settings but couldn’t find a way to fix it without getting a Roku stick just to change the home screen. It’s kind of a bummer that this is the only workaround.
