SONY X95J VS. Samsung QN85A Review
In the TV industry, SONY and Samsung are undoubtedly the most important brands for consumers who need high picture quality and high sound quality.
In early 2021, SONY and Samsung upgraded their TV matrix, and a new battle began again. Let's see SONY X95J and Samsung QN85A, two "top" 4K products, which is better.
1. Picture Quality
The SONY X95J has a 4K LED panel, while the Samsung QN85A has a 4K Neo QLED panel. It should be mentioned that the panel of Samsung QN85A adopts the latest quantum dot matrix technology, which is miniled in the current color TV market in recent years. The TV screen can then be filled with more LED to support ultra-precise light-path control, reducing blinding and halo effects and showing more detail in both light and dark images.
In terms of panel quality, we tested the panel data of the two products through the Starscream tester, and there was little difference in the color gamut.
In terms of brightness, SONY X95J global brightness 689NIT, Samsung 621NIT. The peak brightness of SONY X95J and Samsung X95J is 919nit and 877nit respectively, which are relatively good panel levels.
