SONY A9/Z9/X950G firmware 6.3632 Update Tutorial:

1. Turn on your Sony A9G TV.
2. Make sure that no USB devices are inserted into your Sony A9G.
3. Insert your USB flash drive containing the file "sony_dtv0FA70A0BA0AB_00004300_16036321000523.zip" into a USB port of the Sony A9G set.
4. Once the USB flash drive has been detected, a series of different messages will appear on the Sony A9G TV. Follow the on-screen instructions. If the messages do not appear automatically, try turning the Sony A9G TV off and on with the Sony A9G remote control.
5. When the file is finished copying from the USB flash drive, the Sony A9G update process will begin, the POWER indicator on the TV will begin flashing white, and the update progress screen is displayed on the TV.
6. After several minutes, the TV will turn off and then turn back on to complete the update.
   WARNING: During the Sony A9G software installation process, please do not:
   • Remove the USB device
   • Turn off the Sony A9G TV
   • Disconnect the Sony A9G TV from the power supply
7. The Sony A9G TV will restart automatically once the update is completed.
8. Carefully remove the USB device from the Sony A9G USB slot.

Wow. I honestly wasnt expecting they cared too much but good to know. I've thought about trying to go back to G but i've gotten somewhat used to H, so I think I'll wait to at least see another update or two from H to see how things go.

this 6.3632 is an older package. The h firmware is 6.4770 which is newer. You can't install this g firmware if you have the current h firmware installed.
