System Experience

Parameter
Roku Plus Series TV
SAMSUNG QN65LS01TAFXZA TV
System ExperienceSetting up my Roku Plus Series TV was a breeze. Right out of the box, I was able to get everything connected without any hiccups. The lightweight design made it easy to move around, and I appreciated how intuitive the whole process was. I’m all about a seamless experience, and this TV delivered that from the start. When I first received the Samsung QN65LS01TAFXZA TV, I was pleasantly surprised by how smoothly the setup process went. The delivery was handled with care, and I appreciated the attention to detail from the delivery team. I love that it requires minimal cabling—just one cord to the wall—allowing me to keep things neat and tidy. Being someone who generally likes to avoid clutter, the simplicity of this setup was a refreshing change. It was ready to go almost immediately, and I couldn’t help but admire how seamlessly it integrated into my living space.

Viewing Experience

Parameter
Roku Plus Series TV
SAMSUNG QN65LS01TAFXZA TV
Viewing ExperienceThe picture quality has truly blown me away. The colors pop, the images are sharp, and even in bright rooms, I find that glare is minimal. Watching movies, sports, or even just scrolling through my favorite streaming apps, everything looks vibrant and clear. It feels like I’m getting a cinema-quality experience right in my living room, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything looks on the screen. The picture quality of this TV is truly impressive. I find myself getting lost in shows and movies, captivated by the clarity and vibrancy that the screen offers. It’s not just about watching something; it transforms the experience into something cinematic. However, I have noticed that some scenes appear darker than I would prefer, even after fiddling with the settings. It’s a bit frustrating, but it doesn’t overshadow my overall enjoyment of the visual experience.

Audio Experience

Parameter
Roku Plus Series TV
SAMSUNG QN65LS01TAFXZA TV
Audio ExperienceWhile I usually rely on a soundbar for my audio needs, I’ve noticed that the sound quality from the TV itself is surprisingly decent. However, I do think that a soundbar enhances the experience significantly. If I were to have any complaints, it would be that I wish the speakers projected sound more forward instead of downwards. But honestly, it’s a minor issue considering the overall sound is still enjoyable.Sound quality is one area where I had mixed feelings. While it's decent for casual viewing, I often find myself straining to hear dialogue clearly, leading me to rely on closed captions. I had hoped for a more immersive audio experience, especially with such a stunning visual display. I do appreciate that it’s not the worst sound quality I’ve encountered, but it leaves something to be desired for a complete home theater experience.

Other Experience

Parameter
Roku Plus Series TV
SAMSUNG QN65LS01TAFXZA TV
Other ExperienceUsing the Roku interface has been a delight. The variety of channels and apps available makes it easy to find something to watch, and the customization options let me tailor my experience. I also love that the remote is rechargeable; it feels modern and saves me from constantly buying batteries. I do wish it had a backlight, though, as I find myself fumbling for it in the dark. What I adore most about this TV is its design. It’s more than just a screen; it’s a statement piece that enhances my room's aesthetic. I love how it can blend in with my decor and even serve as an art piece when not in use. The ambient features, like displaying artwork or weather updates, elevate its functionality beyond that of a traditional TV. Moving it around is a breeze, which was particularly handy for our recent movie night outdoors. Just plug it in, and we’re all set—no complicated setups required.

Our Verdict

Roku Plus Series TV:

Pros:
One of the biggest pros for me is the value for the price. This TV packs in features that rival much more expensive models, and it performs wonderfully across the board. The 4K UHD resolution is stunning, and the seamless integration with my existing Roku setup has made streaming a pleasure. Plus, the lightweight design is a huge bonus for anyone who might want to mount it.

Cons:
If I had to point out any downsides, I’d say the remote could use a bit of improvement—specifically, a backlight would make a world of difference. Additionally, while the sound quality is good, I think it could be better, especially for those who prefer not to use an external soundbar. Lastly, I’ve encountered some hiccups with HDR content, which can be frustrating, but it’s not a dealbreaker for me.

Overall Evaluation:
Overall, I am thrilled with my Roku Plus Series TV. It combines excellent picture quality, an easy setup process, and a wealth of features for a fantastic price. Despite minor drawbacks, it has exceeded my expectations and has quickly become the centerpiece of my entertainment setup. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a reliable and high-quality smart TV experience.

SAMSUNG QN65LS01TAFXZA TV:

Pros:
The standout features of this TV for me are its stunning design and the ease of use. It looks amazing in any room, and I love that I can put it anywhere without needing a bulky media console. The built-in streaming capabilities keep me entertained without the hassle of additional devices, and the solar-powered remote is a clever touch that I appreciate.

Cons:
However, there are downsides. The sound quality could be improved, as I often find myself adjusting the volume repeatedly. Additionally, I’ve encountered some hiccups with the user interface, which can be frustrating to navigate. I sometimes feel that the overall software experience could use some refinement, especially when trying to access apps.

Overall Evaluation:
In summary, I’m genuinely happy with my purchase of the Samsung QN65LS01TAFXZA TV. It brings a unique blend of style and functionality that I can’t help but admire. While it’s not without its flaws, particularly regarding sound and interface, the beautiful design and picture quality make it a worthwhile investment. I would recommend this TV to anyone looking for an attractive and functional addition to their space, keeping in mind the minor quirks that come with it.

So, let me tell you about our love affair with Roku TVs. Seriously, we've been all about them for ages. A couple of years back, we were looking to upgrade our old TV and had our eyes set on a Roku model. But when we went to snag it, the size we wanted was sold out! So, we figured, “Hey, what’s a TV that rhymes with ‘Shire TV’? Let’s go for it.” Big mistake, my friends.

That Shire TV? Total nightmare. It was like it was always eavesdropping on us, even when we said “don’t listen!” The remote was perpetually dying on us, and it would just shut off whenever it felt like it, even after we told it to stay on. Oh, and the ads! They’d blast on full volume as soon as we turned the thing on, even though we had specifically told it to chill. And more than once, we came home to find some giant orange dude with a bad hairdo staring at us from the screen. Creepy, right?

But the final straw? When it just couldn’t handle our surround sound system anymore. We thought maybe our sound setup was on its last legs after seven years. But nah, we hooked up our old Roku TV, and it worked like a charm!

So, we made the switch back to Roku, and wow, it was like coming home. The new Roku TV instantly clicked with our surround sound, just like the old one. Roku just gets it. They were the original smart TV, and now they’re making their own sets that are just so user-friendly. They even have this “turn off picture” mode that’s perfect for dozing off to some chill YouTube tunes. The interface is super easy to get around, and honestly, I’ve just always loved them. It’s hard to even consider going with anything else—even though I tried!

Long story short, if you’re thinking about a new TV, go for a Roku. We debated buying a new one since our old TV technically wasn’t broken, but the Shire TV was such a hassle that we finally took the plunge, and man, no regrets at all. Seriously, do yourself a favor and get a Roku TV—any model, you won’t be disappointed!

I gotta say, I’m really digging my Roku Plus Series TV! The picture’s great, super simple to use, and hooking up extra Roku speakers is a breeze. Sure, it’s not top-of-the-line, but honestly, for the price, it’s a solid pick!

OMG, I just gotta say a huge THANK YOU for hooking me up with the SAMSUNG QN65LS01TAFXZA TV! Seriously, it’s even more incredible than I imagined. If you’re on the fence about getting this TV, let me tell you—it’s hands down the best TV I’ve ever laid eyes on. I’ve had my fair share of TVs, but this one is just out of this world.

The way it looks? Stunning! And don’t even get me started on the picture quality—it's flawless! Plus, the ambiance mode? Wow, just wow! It’s like a work of art in my living room. Honestly, after experiencing this TV, I can’t see myself wanting anything else. It's just perfection!

Man, I’ve gotta say, the Roku Plus Series TV is awesome! The picture quality is just stunning, and linking it to my Roku account was a breeze. The only bummer? I wish I didn’t have to keep charging the remote. I’d much rather just pop in some batteries. But honestly, other than that, it’s a fantastic TV!

I gotta say, I’m really loving my Roku Plus Series TV! I’ve had it for about six months now, and it’s been nothing short of awesome. We went with the 55-inch model, and honestly, it’s a steal for what you get. Super easy to use, and everything just works smoothly.

The delivery did take its sweet time a couple of times, but once they finally got it here and set it up, I was all smiles. They didn’t hang it on the wall for me, but no biggie—they just set it up on the cabinet and that works just fine. Next time, though, I think I’ll skip paying for that and just tackle the unpacking myself.

So, we got our hands on this Roku Plus Series TV, right? We were super pumped to set it up, but when we plugged it in, we were hit with a bummer— the screen was totally shattered! It looked like it had a rough ride either in shipping or at the warehouse.

We called up customer service, and honestly, they were awesome. Within like 10 minutes, they arranged for the damaged TV to be picked up and sent us a new one. Talk about quick service!

When the replacement arrived, it was packed way better than the first one, and guess what? It worked like a charm! We’ve been fans of Roku devices for a while, but this was our first Roku TV, and we’re loving it! It’s seriously a fantastic product!
