Larger Screens Drive Market Growth

Driven by policy incentives and strong market demand, the trend toward larger TV screens has accelerated. TVs with 75-inch and larger screens have become a focal point of competition among global brands. Chinese brands, in particular, have performed exceptionally well in this segment. Hisense leads the 75-inch+ market with a 19.8% shipment share, ranking first globally. In the ultra-large screen categories of 98-inch+ and 100-inch+, Hisense dominates with 30.3% and 58.8% shipment shares, respectively, also securing the top spot worldwide.

High Refresh Rate TVs Gain Popularity

High refresh rate TVs are experiencing a surge in popularity, with Chinese brands gaining consumer favor through their advancements in this technology. Hisense holds a 19.6% shipment share in the high refresh rate TV market, ranking second globally. Notably, in the fourth quarter of 2024, Hisense's high refresh rate TV shipments saw a significant spike, with its market share rising to 22.3%, claiming the top position.

Strong Overseas Performance

Under its "Local for Local" strategy, Hisense achieved rapid growth in overseas markets in 2024, with its product structure improving swiftly. The company leads globally in 100-inch+ TV shipments. According to data from GFK and Circana, Hisense ranks first in countries like Japan, Australia, South Africa, and Slovenia. It holds the second position in Canada, Mexico, Poland, Ukraine, and Croatia, and ranks third in the U.S., Germany, Italy, the UK, Portugal, Hungary, Serbia, Malaysia, and Thailand.

Innovation Drives Success

Hisense's strong performance is attributed to its long-term commitment to technological innovation and a diversified product portfolio. On January 7, 2025, Hisense Visual Tech launched the world's first 116-inch RGB-Mini LED TV. This breakthrough represents a significant leap in LCD display technology, transitioning from traditional black-and-white backlighting to RGB multi-color backlighting and evolving from single light control to simultaneous light and color control. This innovation has significantly enhanced key picture quality metrics such as color purity and color gamut area.

AI-Powered Smart TVs

In the smart TV ecosystem, Hisense introduced several AI-powered TV models in 2024, leveraging its upgraded ULED AI Picture Quality Technology Platform and Xinghai AI Model Matrix Platform. On February 11, Hisense announced its integration with DeepSeek, supporting seamless switching between the full-blooded R1 and V3 versions. This makes Hisense the first TV brand to incorporate a deep-thinking AI system, enabling more accurate understanding of user intent and delivering smoother, simpler, and more natural interaction and service experiences.
