Christie LiteLOC: Ensuring Consistent Image Quality in Projection Systems

In the world of cinema, the quality of projection directly impacts the audience's viewing experience. One of the most critical factors is the stability of brightness and color. However, a common issue with projection systems is unavoidable light source degradation over time, leading to reduced brightness and color shifts.

LiteLOC, equipped with advanced color and brightness sensors (CSB), provides real-time calibration of projection systems. It continuously monitors and adjusts the brightness and color coordinates (Cx, Cy, Cz) to maintain optimal performance.

When environmental factors like temperature, humidity, or time cause changes in the light source, LiteLOC's intelligent algorithm dynamically adjusts the light source to ensure consistent brightness and color. This effectively counteracts the effects of light source degradation, ensuring a stable and high-quality image.

Simplified Operation, Reduced Maintenance

LiteLOC eliminates the need for complex calibration processes, freeing theater staff from the burden of using specialized color calibration tools or requiring in-depth knowledge of color correction.

Users can easily configure the system through an intuitive interface. The projector automatically maintains high-quality image output, reducing maintenance costs and downtime while improving theater operational efficiency.

2. Set Color Parameters
Enable the "Display Color Chart" option in the upper right corner, and set the temperature tolerance to within 3°C of the current temperature.
Use a color calibration device to measure the screen's color values. Adjust the red, green, and blue percentages to achieve the target values. For example, a typical target might be 14FL brightness with X=0.314 and Y=0.351.

3. Enable LiteLOC Function
Activate the LiteLOC feature in the lower right corner. The system will record the current Cx, Cy, and Cz values and begin real-time monitoring and adjustment to ensure consistent brightness and color.

LiteLOC 3.0 Version
The LiteLOC 3.0 system enables the feature by default, preventing manual deactivation. This version requires no additional setup steps. [图片4]
