In the latest issue of the UK's physical game sales rankings, Ghost of Tsushima and Paper Mario The Origami King ranked top 1 and 2 respectively. Ghost of Tsushima sold in the first week is about four times of Paper Mario The Origami King. Although the data is not as good as The Last of Us Part II, compared to another new work launched by SIE last year, Days Gone, the first week sales are 7% higher.
The sales of Switch Paper Mario The Origami King in the first week were higher than the combined sales of 3DS Paper Mario Sticker Star and WiiU Paper Mario Color Splash, and also slightly exceeded the Wii Paper Mario. It has become the fastest-selling work in the series.
