Kerbal Space Program 2 will finally be released in the fall of 2021

Announced at Gamescom last summer, Kerbal Space Program 2 will not finally be released this year as we would have thought since the developers are announcing the game for the fall of 2021. The developers explain this discrepancy due to an ambitious project with new features to add that take a little longer than expected to be implemented. As you might expect, the team adds that the COVID-19 pandemic has brought its share of challenges that require taking more time to make Kerbal Space Program 2 the game developers want.

Kerbal Space Program 2

Kerbal Space Program is an independent game which was playable in its alpha version on June 24, 2011 on PC. The final version, it arrived recently, almost two years after the online release of the game on Steam. It is a management game, where you will have to put together (literally) a space program. You will have to manage both the construction of the base, the rockets, any shuttles and planes and then take care of piloting. Because the long-term goal of Kerbal Space Program is to colonize the different planets of the system.

If the big developers have sometimes been able to endure the crisis with a rather efficient telework organization, others smaller have found it more difficult to understand all these changes, and Kerbal Space Program 2 is probably not the last to see repel.
