Hey everyone.

I'm considering the InFocus IN128HDSTx 1080p DLP Short Throw Network Projector and I’d love to hear your thoughts on a few key aspects before I make a decision.

First off, how does the picture quality hold up in various lighting conditions? I'm really interested in that 3500 lumens brightness and the 15,000:1 contrast ratio, but does it deliver on clarity and detail, especially with HD content? Also, for those who’ve used it, what’s the sound quality like with the built-in 10-watt speaker? Does it fill a medium-sized room adequately, or would I need additional speakers?

I’m also curious about the system's overall functionality. Is it easy to set up and move around? And are there any potential downsides or quirks I should be aware of before investing?

Thanks for any insights you can share!

Totally agree with the other review! This thing is super bright and has a solid throw, perfect for PowerPoints instead of that wide cinema vibe. I did knock it down to a 4 because one of the bulbs died after just two uses, but I'm hoping the warranty has my back on that.

So, we recently grabbed two different short throw projectors and put them to the test together. Honestly, this one runs super hot and the whites aren't as bright as the Optoma EH415ST. On the plus side, the throw distance is awesome, it's compact, and it runs pretty quietly. But here's the catch: it doesn’t come with a carrying case or a test pattern for setting it up, which is a bummer compared to the Optoma that we decided to stick with.
