Here are solutions to Fire TV Stick 4K that won't update.
1. Restart your Fire TV Stick 4K: Unplug the power cord or adapter for three minutes and then plug it back in.
2. Let the device sit for 25 min (turned on) or until the screen changes.
3. Check that your Fire TV Stick 4K is connected to the internet.
4. If your Fire TV Stick 4K has connectivity issues, restart your home network devices.
5. Remove the Fire TV Stick 4K from the HDMI port and plug it back in.
6. Please try another HDMI port in the back or side of your TV.
7. For HDMI hubs, try plugging the Fire TV Stick 4K directly into the TV.
8. If possible try using a different TV.
