With the “Console Streaming” service of the Xbox Game Streaming app, you can access your own console From anywhere. To be able to make the console available at any time from your smartphone, it must be in “instant start” power mode.
Set your Xbox console in the correct startup mode:
Currently, the Xbox Game Streaming application, allowing access to xCloud and Console Streaming services, is not yet available everywhere and for everyone. Only Android users can for example use the application in France.

Access the Xbox console from your mobile phone
If you have followed all of the above steps, you are normally ready to access your console from your mobile phone wherever you are!
To access your console remotely via your phone, connect your Xbox One controller to your smartphone, then open the “Game Streaming (Preview)” application. Log in with your Xbox / Microsoft account. You should see your Xbox One console appear. Click on “configure”, follow the steps and voila, you now have access to your own console, everywhere!
After your first configuration, you will only have to click on "connection" to directly launch the video stream from your console to the phone once the controller is connected.
Connection recommended to enjoy a satisfactory experience: Wi-Fi 5GHz connection or mobile data 10 Mbps in reception and 4.75 Mbps in transmission.
Please note: The broadcast quality depends on your internet connection. Also make sure that your console is not performing a background game update or installation so that all the necessary bandwidth is available. If you play via a 4G mobile connection, also pay attention to your data consumption.
Buy an Xbox controller / phone adapter
If you want to play your Xbox games with xCloud, the best way is to use an accessory to transform your phone into a screen in front of your joystick. The accessory is easily adaptable and can be used immediately for less than 10 bucks.
