So, I got this TCL 4-Series TV just four months ago, and now it’s totally crapping out on me. Outta nowhere, the screen goes black, and I can’t get it to turn back on—neither the remote nor the power button does anything. I reached out to TCL support, and I followed all their troubleshooting steps, but nothing worked. It’ll boot up, but then it just goes black again after like three minutes.
