Disney+ added an enhanced version of IMAX to 13 Marvel movies released on November 12, and the upper and lower black borders will be smaller when viewed on TV.
These Marvel movies will be presented in an IMAX aspect ratio of 1.90:1, which is 26% higher than the typical 2.35:1 widescreen format in Marvel movies, resulting in smaller black borders on the top and bottom of the TV screen.
