Presumably many friends have Xbox products, how can I check whether my Xbox supports 4K ? First, you must have an Xbox One X or Xbox One S console and a 4K TV to display 4K and HDR. The following is the inspection method:
To see if you have an Xbox One X or Xbox One S, check the back of your console. Near the network port on the right, there should be a label labeled "Xbox One X" or "Xbox One S". If this label is not found, check the bottom of the console for the label labeled "Xbox One console." Xbox One consoles without the "X" or "S" logo do not support 4K.

- To see if you have a 4K TV and HDR10, please refer to your TV package or manual. Different manufacturers use different names. The following items should be found:
- 4K name: 4K, 4K Ultra HD, UHD, UHD 4K, SUHD TV, Ultra HD, Ultra UDTV, 2160p
- Resolution or mode: 3840 x 2160 at 24Hz, 50Hz or 60Hz
- HDR10 name: HDR Premium, high dynamic range, HDR, UHD color, Ultra HD Premium, Ultra HD deep color
- To check the 4K and HDR functions of your TV, please connect and turn on the host, go to "Settings"> "Display and Sound", and then select "Advanced Audio Settings"> "4K TV Details".
If you do n’t see “4K TV details,” you do n’t have an Xbox One X or Xbox One S, or the console cannot detect a 4K TV. Please see "Troubleshooting 4K and HDR" for more help.
