Animal Crossing: New Horizons - multiple switches, multiple accounts!

So, my friend and I have a switch each and a copy of Animal Crossing each - we both have switch online.

My friend has an account on my switch, but his switch is his primary. I would like to use his account on my switch to add another villager on my island so I can have more design slots. I want to use the design machine, so it needs the nintendo online account.

Will me adding my friend to my island affect his island on his switch at all??

Sorry no can do. NIN specifically says one ACNH per account user. Every users has to have their own NIN email registered account no duplicate emails. If your having issues you should contact NIN support as this isn't the place that can help with that.
