Do you have any recommendations for a good 120-inch projector and screen? The budget is around $3500. Any good recommendations?

Maybe you can search youtube for videos of projectors and screens, $3,500 only for long focal projectors and ALR anti-light screen.
Refer to VIVIDSTORM's Projector - + screen package.
I bought an ultra short focus projector and VIVIDSTORM UST alr anti-light screen, and after plugging the trigger into the projector, it was crazy when the projector popped out of the cabinet with the screen.
I think this is a good home theater to buy.
